Vijay TV has acquired the satellite rights of Mani Ratnam’s Kadal for a whooping amount and earlier the film has snapped the rights of A.R. Murugadoss’s Thuppakki which has Vijay in lead role.
Kadal has Gautham Karthik and Thulasi Nair in lead role. A.R. Rahman has scored music for the film.
Bharathiraja’s Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum is all set launch on January 20th, 2013 at Madurai. The film has Manoj Bharathiraja, Karthika Nair and Iniya in lead roles. It’s heard that several big stars will be flown into Madurai for the audio release function.
G.V. Prakash Kumar has scored music for the film and Gangi Amaran and Vairamuthu has penned lyrics for Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum.
